As with all forms of football, having good individual players is only part of the formula for success. Things work best when there is a natural balance to the team. Your objective should be to achieve enough balance between attack and defence, left and right sides. Maybe your side has a couple of players who can easily cover distances at pace — you might consider playing with wingers. In a lot of cases it will be worth trying a couple of different systems before landing on the one or two that work best for your group.
