Of Mice and Men: movie/book comparison. by Zachary Roth on PreziThere are going to be three main topics that I am going to compare them in. Those three topics are Actions, Appearance, and Dreams. Actions being of how they acted towards someone. Appearance being how did they dress and how they were described in the book. Dreams being of what they dreams about becoming in the future. Well if you have ever watched and read Forrest Gump, you would find out that the movie has well surpassed the book.

Of Mice and Men - The differences between the book and the film.
The book was written by John Steinbeck, and the movie was directed by Gary Sinise also stars as George. I will be comparing the movie and book, to see the differences and how effective they are. George and Lennie are men who travel around working at ranches. George is the small, quick-witted one, and Lennie is the big, slow, dumb and extremely strong one. They have a dream, to have a little place all to themselves, without anyone bothering them.

The book, Of Mice and Men, is one that invokes thought in the reader. Although the book is well written, the movie does not come close to those same standards. After reading the book, then watchisng the movie, I saw some major differences as well as some insignificant differences. However, there were a few that were very obvious. One difference transpired during a scene that greatly influenced what I thought of her. However, in the movie, this scene never took place.
