Depending on your career path and career level, you can either choose the Operatives and Specialists or the Managers and Professionals book. The Operatives and Specialists book contains two sections. The first covers Operative topics, and the sort of health and safety questions that require no specialist knowledge to answer. The type of questions asked on the Operatives test are covered in this section, including questions about accident reporting and recording, respiratory risks, personal protective equipment, manual handling and environmental awareness.

CITB have very firm and clear requirements regarding the ID documents that must be presented when you arrive at the college to take the test. A current driving licence or in-date passport is the best form of ID. When you make a booking with us you must confirm which identification you are going to bring. Failure to present the correct identification will mean you will be unable to take the test.
